Admin - why was my message about trees removed?

I posted a thread asking people to list where there are empty tree pits, to draw attention to Cllr Barber (and everyone else) so that more trees can be planted. It was up for a while, then disappeared overnight (Thursday into Friday 6th). Why, admin, is this so?

(NB I searched various keywords, including my login, but cannot find it, so if I am mistaken and it is actually lurking somewhere, do let me know.)

It might stand a better chance if it was in the About the Forum section where there's a thread for questions to Admin.

There's a specific Cllr Barber thread, I suspect Admin has been doing some 'housekeeping' and either moved it to there, or simply deleted it...

Ah, yours was the one with the subject "a question for Cllr Barber". Unfortunately I can't merge threads, well I can but it always goes wrong so I deleted it. I'd suggest either call him (his numbers on his every post) or post it in the "Cllr Barber - How can I help you? thread.

I wanted to start a thread where people could locate empty tree pits so that councillors could see where trees are needed. It would have been a "one-stop shop" rather than councillors having to look around in various places on here to find out where trees have been taken away or have died.
