Recommendation for Andy the handyman

After seeing a number of recommendations on here I called Andy(man) to help fix a toilet door. Although he was busy for the next week, he fitted me in at the end of the day I called on as he was on his way by.

He got stuck in straight away and perservered for an hour to fix the issue. As he didn't feel he'd really done too much he asked me to name a price I was happy to pay.

A nice bloke. I'd thoroughly recommend him and he can be reached on 07564 194363.

Andy did an excellent and reliable job of fitting a new tap and fixing an extractor fan for me last week. He had to trawl the hardware shops to find some fittings for the tap and didn't charge me for the extra time it took. He's a friendly, easy person to deal with and I would definitely recommend him.
I am a big fan of Andy & Richard, and even my own Richard loves them too now that he saw how good they are. They've done a number of jobs at our house since we moved last September. They are patient and creative, which was particularly great to fix our silly curtains. Mj from Westwood Park

I would also highly reccommend Andy & Richard. We called them to fit some blinds and sort out a new light fitting. Andy arrived within 2 hours and did a great job of the blinds. He wasn't able to sort out the light fitting then, so Richard came the next day. There was no charge for the light fitting in the end as it was a much simpler job than anticipated.

    • Similar deal to those Hive City guys who also camp outside of M&S, also a dodgy CIC rather than a charity
    • please report this to the police - were there any witnesses? She should face charges. the owner should not allow dogs off lead - I'm so sorry this has happened.  It would be good if you can identify her - are there cameras - in the cafes around? - follow her, find her address and report her. https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/ac/animal-crime/ also report to the park wardens so they can be found Your Local Council: Contact them to report issues in parks or public areas, especially if you know the dog or owner, as they investigate under local bylaws and the Dangerous Dogs Act. https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public/report-a-dog
    • This is just dreadful.  Do you have this woman's contact details? These  are probably the last things on your mind at the moment while you are looking after your poor puppy, but firstly, the dog who attacked is  clearly both dangerous and out of control. Can it be reported to the police? Secondly, surely the owner is responsible for your vet bills? I do hope your puppy recovers quickly and so do you and your husband and children. It must have been really traumatic for all of you. Some people just shouldn't have dogs if they don't know how to train them.
    • Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am writing to seek advice and recommendations regarding a dental matter. I need to have my dental implant (UR1) removed due to ongoing issues and discomfort. If anyone has experience with this procedure or knows of a skilled dental professional who specialises in implant removal, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Additionally, any insights on what to expect during the process would be extremely helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best regards, Nicole
