Pregnancy Pilates?

Hi there,

Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for pregnancy Pilates (not yoga). Am expecting my second little one and found Pilates so useful last time! My lovely teacher, Luisa, is off on maternity leave herself at the moment so am on the lookout for someone new.

I'm a Pilates teacher based in peckham, I've just had my 2nd baby so my classes aren't running just now but will be from April. Pm me if you need details and that might be useful to you if you haven't found anyone by then.

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Was hoping to find something to start in the next few weeks, so would love to hear of recommendations for a class that would be able to start a little sooner...

Gaia Studios used to do pregnancy pilates. Not sure they still do but worth having a google? They're near Bellenden Road, Oglander Road I think.
