Some nannies smoke. I am sure the parents must know, and it is up to them to decide on the care of their child. Perhaps they are smokers too?

My nanny has had nanny friends in the past that smoked. We just had rules that there was no smoking in my house/garden/car/when with my children etc. But they wer my rules, not the other family's. If they are happy for their nanny to smoke, that is their choice.

I agree- poor woman. Whilst not everyone likes smoking, it is still legal and it's wrong to try and shame someone in a public forum in this way.
