Ellianna
Hello, Anyone know of any exercize classes where toddlers are welcome. Daytime classes, something like yoga or pilates would be best, but also would consider something like excercicing in the park. Ideally SE22 or SE15.Thx! Mellors
Not quite the same, but ESPH gym on Lordship Lane has great yoga and pilates classes and runs a cr?che on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dulwich gym and Beckenham Spa do all the time as well.

jellybellypt
Hi!We do outdoor classes in Peckham rye on Mondays at 1:30pm. It's a post-natal class where mums come along with little ones but pregnant mums are also welcome and have joined the classes before with their toddler in tow!Alternatively, we run pregnancy fit classes at the goose green clinic Sunday mornings at 9:30am or Wednesdays evenings at 7pm. For more info www.jellybellypt.com or PM me!Kellie
TTNutrition
Hi Elliana,I offer one to one yoga classes in East Dulwich, at your own home or at a place that's convenient for you (also possible to come to my home too). I teach a moderately active vinyasa flow (or Ashtanga if preferred)style class, but work with individuals to suit their requirements. Tots absolutely welcome if we're able to occupy them whilst able to keep an eye too : )Please email me for more info or to ask any questions/chat further.[email protected]toritaylor.co.ukBest,Tori
larry789
Yes, that is a good thought of joining a yoga class or say yoga-retreat. You can also find some stuff online that will help you with yoga or if you are in early stage of pregnancy you can also join some yoga-retreat. I wish my suggestions would help you.Thank you.
