About time they do somethink with the harvester

It was offered to Harris for one of their illfated Free School ventures, but they didn't want it

The condition that The Dulwich Estate have allowed this building to get into is nothing short of a disgrace. The windows are covered in posters. The walls and part of the roof are covered in graffiti and some of the garden iron fencing has been removed. Come on Dulwich Estate take some responsibility for what you own! If you are unable to find tenants at least look after what you own and are responsible for.
