Hotel/B and B recommendations?

Hello all,

Can anyone recommend a good hotel or Bed and Breakfast in East Dulwich for my sister and her husband plus their 2 year old

daughter plus grandparents(!) to stay for a night? They plan to visit in a few weeks and I don't know where to put them.

Victoria Inn on Bellenden Road was reasonably priced and clean the last time I needed somewhere BUT it was a bit noisy on a Saturday night due to music in pub. Might be better if you can get top floor rooms and perhaps ok for one night. Friends of mine highly recommended the Church Street hotel in Camberwell but it is a bit more expensive.

There's also a b&b in Crystal Palace called the Fox Hill. I haven't been there but it looks nice in its website and has good Internet reviews.

I looked at this when we had family to visit at Christmas. The Lilac Door in West Dulwich is supposed to be very good but they were closed over Christmas. Ended up using air bnb and it went very well. Lots of places in ED on there.

We also rent out our huge guest bedroom through AirBnB and have had lovely guests stay with us for the last few months. We have excellent reviews too. AirBnB comes with all the appropriate security and insurance measures too. Happy to answer any questions if you would like to find out more :)
