The current government, despite supposed concern for the environment, also failed to support the campaign. She took the trouble to write back to me when I asked a question. Why are you so rude? What has race got to do with anything? That's got nothing to do with whether or not a description is posted on here The OP said the cyclist was being pursued by the police. If that's the case, then the police will presumably have his description, including skin colour If you think you encountered the same cyclist and could have been seriously hurt, then tell the police. And you have lost your bet, btw. You know nothing at all about me or my background except what I have posted on this forum, and are making assumptions based on what appears to be a total lack of understanding of the reasons for my posts.
