Losing connection - Virgin Media Broadband

Anyone else experiencing this?

I am on Wood Vale.

Me,just spoke to Virgin, they say there's a connection problem somewhere in the area that they're trying to find. Could take up to a week !! Mines back now but they said it might come and go.

Yes, mine comes and goes too.

I said that a week to solve is not acceptable!

I have had problems with Virgin Media TV. I telephoned and apparently they are carrying our re cabling later this month.

Caz, it seemed to be ok yesterday but has since been down this morning.

We had guys come out and change the modem 4/5 times in the last 6 months and the last time they came they changed it to a super hub and it's working much better. Might be worth asking them for something like that- we had to kick up a bit of a fuss but got there in the end!
