On a side note I googled cooking with p... And it tried to guess the next word as poo!!

Yeah it's good... usually seems to be in oyster sauce whenever I have it in HK. Maybe stir fry with some ginger, garlic and chilli first, then chuck in oyster sauce and a bit of water and simmer for a couple of minutes.

That's because there is a (reasonably) famous book called "Cooking with Poo". (It's her nickname.)

Try Peckham or Charing Cross libraries for some Korean cook books? It's used in lots of tasty Korean dishes. If you are stuck for other ingredients, H Mart in New Malden is Xbox LARGE and has a fantastic fresh produce section - it puts all the Chinatown supermarkets to shame imho.

Nice cheers. I've just been boiling for a couple of minutes in veg stock and chucking on top of puy lentils. Think I'll get a bit more adventurous with it with your suggestions.

I vaguely remember that cook book now.
