Maybe stir fry with some ginger, garlic and chilli first, then chuck in oyster sauce and a bit of water and simmer for a couple of minutes. If you are stuck for other ingredients, H Mart in New Malden is Xbox LARGE and has a fantastic fresh produce section - it puts all the Chinatown supermarkets to shame imho.
