New beginner's yoga intake - Wednesdays at 8pm at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic - TWO SPACES LEFT

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

I am offering a new beginners' yoga intake on Wednesday evenings at 8pm at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic, commencing Wednesday 13th May. Classes are small and intimate with a maximum number of five students so there is a lot of scope for individual attention. As well as asana (posture) I also focus on yogic breathing techniques which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind.

I read somewhere that Edinburgh is doing this next year? Charges of this kind are becoming common around the world. I think it absolutely makes sense for Southwark and other boroughs are bound to follow.
