accident in peckham

there was an accident of some sort today in peckham at around 4pm. the road was closed off & diversions in place.

anyone know what happened? it happened opposite burger king.........

I believe someone was hit by a bendy bus, I was told it was bad.

I was told that some guy got trapped under the bendy bit of the bus and was dragged for a while under the bus. They landed a helicopter by the library and had fire engines there too. Sounded really bad, but I hope the poor guy is recovering ok now.
