Being middleclass I do not, nor do I ever plan to possess anything as vulgar as a tattoo or a chin.

As mentioned in a previous post, they remain the legal property of that beekeeper for as long as that beekeeper remains in pursuit. Once he loses them, it's finders keepers.

It tends to be the other way around :): beekeepers can charge landowners for putting hives on their land at certain times of year in order to pollinate their crops (e.g. the almond trees in California).

I suppose you could try what TfL do: build barriers and try to charge those going through them :)

On Saturday on Peckham Rye Park was the Southwark in Bloom thingy, which including info about that subject but also there was a bee keeper. He's running some bee keeping courses! They're free! I'm gonna get me on one then we can learn and grow and be more aware. God I love living in London for all the useful things you can learn about all sorts of different subjects. I even saw someone I had never met before but sort of worked out they were an EDFer. And I was right. LegalEaglish, it was absolutely lovely to meet you!

    • Hi there  We live on Woodwarde Road backing on to Alleyns Top Field.  Our cat Gigi has gone missing — it’s been about 24 hours now. She is a cream Bengal. Could you please check sheds, garages, or anywhere she might have got stuck please? And if you could keep an eye out or share on any local groups/forums, we’d really appreciate it. Photo attached.   Thanks so much! My name is Jeff on 07956 910068.
    • Colin.    One for the old school.   Just saying.
    • Signed, and I will share it elsewhere, thank you for posting this. It's got nearly 70,000 signatures at present, and apparently runs till February.
    • There’s a couple of Gov petitions going on in relation to fireworks at the moment but this one is for banning them entirely except organised displays if anyone wants to sign. This is the only sensible way forward in my view. No one should be able to let them off in gardens or anywhere like that, it’s crazy. I am surprised some of you have said it hasn’t been as bad this year. I live near DKH Saino and it’s been absolutely terrible my way for days. This petition gained about 20,000 just in the last day or so so clearly the appetite is there! https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/732559
