Kalamity started it in the recomendations section but I thought it would get more hits here.

I like Kalamity suffer from the seasonal annoyance/bastard that doctors call Hayfever.

Piriton helps and I've even had some prescription drugs that helped too but have you guys got any sure fire tips.

Yeah its rubbish isn't it. I always find that a good hangover reduces the symptoms.
