By the roundabout and next to the old sweet shop soon to be dentist. Is this building also included in the new dentist which will be opening up, or will this be something else? I saw builders putting shelves up in the windows this afternoon.

Yes it is where the new toy shop will be opening. I think it is opening the 2nd Saturday in May.
