Jeremy
For one room and an en-suite you should be paying around 30K. Then allow another 10K for suite/tiles/tiling/carpets and the inevitable "extras". DirtyBox
We didn't get much change out of 60k but we had a new boiler, megaflow, and roof as part of that. Most of the quotes we had were around the 40k mark but you need to add bathroom fittings, tiles, carpets, decoration, fitted cupboards on top. We also found different companies included different things, for example some included the french doors in the price, some charged extra, same for the tiling.
