Looking for 40th party venue recommendations

Just as the title says really. Does anyone have any recommendations for around 40 people?

Upstairs at the Old Nuns Head, or upstairs at the East Dulwich Tavern.

I recently celebrated my 40th in the top floor of the EDT. Great venue and the staff were good. The upstairs has plenty of room for dancing (we had a band) and loads of space at the bar.

Another recommendation for the Lordship (formerly the patch/mag), lovely venue & staff were fantastic.

The Palmerston has a very nice room and roof terrace upstairs that you can hire which is for 40-50 people

The Crypt in St Giles Church (where the jazz cafe is)

There's a really nice room called the Blake Room upstairs at the Clockhouse - I always think it's a great location.

Also there's a new bar opening in Peckham called the Dead Dolls House which looks good...

And I think Lerryns Cafe on Rye Lane is open in the evenings now - used to do parties, worth enquiring. Again, good location in terms of transport links.

Caf? on the Rye makes an amazing party venue - especially in summer.
