Hotels in Barcelona

Hi staying in Barcelona alone for 2 nights, looking at all the websites a bit overwhelmed. Has anyone any suggestions of somewhere mid price & decent to stay, that would feel safe for a lone female. Suggestions appreciated, thanks

When I go to Barcelona I usually head down towards the beach best of both city and the sea!!

I stayed at Hotel Soho last year. It was great - modern, clean and very safe. Had a great rooftop pool deck too.

Thanks for suggestions, booked Hotel Acta Ink 606 in the end which seems to fit the bill, good reviews & ?112 for 2 nights. If anyone interested will let you know how it was
