Our long term lodger has recently moved out and we are searching for someone new to rent a very large room at the top of our lovely house in Canonbie Road, SE23. You must like children and are happy around a singular very old dog! Would best suit a local professional - teacher, doctor etc. short walk to Lordship Lane, Peckham Rye, One Tree Hill and v. close to Honor Oak station. Available from 2nd Week July - ?650 per month including bills and cleaner.


We will require references - available short (2 months min) or long term.

      I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.

      Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance.  The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.

      I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
