I would not recommend Jane Jefferson cleaning. I used the for several months. They promise a lot but their cleaners are not Of any higher standard than any other agency I have used.

They were frequently disorganised, would not tell me when my cleaner was on holiday, and I would have to continually chase them for refunds. They did not do any of the inspections or checks they promised in all the time we used them.

When a problem occurred, the owner jenn was rude and dismissive. The icing on the cake came when we gave them notice and they forgot to inform our cleaner she was no longer needed, we had to tell her and get our key back.

Wasn't happy with Jane Jefferson cleaning either. Now have a delightful Polish girl, she's not perfect but doesn't clock watch... her fone/clock was kept in her rucksack, and if you point out summut that she has missed, apologetically remedies the ommission, and does not repeat it. My cleaner Karen is really good and trustworthy - she has a set of keys and cleans while I am out. She has cleaned for my mum for over 20 years and cleans my house and a friend's flat. her mobile is 07572448908
