Recommended Posts

In celebration of the (tardy) arrival of Summer, we have launched some fantastic new classes this month at ESPH, located next to the Dulwich Picturehouse.

Mondays, 7pm AND 8pm - Hot Yoga with Stevie: The studio is heated to 28?C to warm the muscles, helping to deepen stretches and encourage detoxification.

Tuesdays, 6:30am - Get up and dance with Claudia: A new dance workout, which brings a Latin rhythm to your morning.

Tuesdays, 1pm - Ashtanga Yoga with Tori: Synchronise your breath and movements with this popular form of yoga.

Thursdays, 1 pm - Hatha Yoga with Mark: The techniques in this class concentrate on posture and alignment.

Saturday, 12:45pm - Carnival Workout with Safwaan: Soca infused beats will transport you to a holiday vibe of energetic fun and uplifting dance moves.

If you are not a member and would like to try one of the classes free* of charge, then please visit the 'try us' page here: http://www.esph.co.uk/try-us

    • It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed.  London streets are generally pretty safe.  Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.
    • Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued.  Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.
    • This is a huge part of the problem.   Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country.    There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.
    • I heard today there was a burglary in Lacon Road yesterday evening between 20.00 - 22.00,  apparently the owners were home at the time & thieves got away with electrical items along with the owners car!  Wtf!   Anyone heard anything else?
