Sqiggles
I have agreed that my daughter (coming up to 13. Can get her ears pierced. can anyone recommend anywhere local to get it done? She seems keen to have some sort of anesthetic! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/65061-ear-piercing/ Share on other sites
Mrs TP
There is no anaesthetic that I'm aware of. Friends have been to Beauty Haven on Amott Road SE15 with great success for daughters. We've been to Top Shop Oxford Street - very scary almost completely tattooed guy but fab piercing. Also been to one of the hairdressers on Lordship, poss Village Way? Again all fine. minder
My girls both had their ears pierced at Claire's Accessories in Lewisham some years ago and it was fine. They chose a stud earring, their ear was wiped with an antiseptic wipe and then the stud was attached to the gun machine which looked scary but it was over within a couple of seconds. You get a bottle of after-care stuff to clean the ears for some weeks after and they've been fine. Sqiggles
thank you everyone. She keeps going on about the pain - as she was a 9lb 4 baby I have little sympathy!
