I've spent the last 18 months producing a feature documenatary for the cinema and it's finally coming to a cinema near you! It's an amazing story about a Sweden's biggest serial killer - a real life Scandi thriller.It's called The Confessions of Thomas Quick and it's on at 20.45 on Saturday 15th August. It's also on at Picturehouse Central and various accross the country. Several forumites have helped me with childcare juggling and general support over the last few months whilst I've been hopping to Sweden and back. I'd love to have a full house if possible and it would be amazing if I could raleigh some local support. I'll be doing a q & a afterwards.

Tonight at 20.45 @ mid ivydale Luke ( you remember him from blurry days in maternity ward) will be hosting drinks from 8 so - I'm doing a Q&A at greenwich first but will be there at end for Q&A so look forward to seeing you then!

      Yep a lot of festivals also put people in  touch with others for car sharing options.  There are generally people happy to take an extra passenger or two for help with the petrol money.

      Easy to check if your car for ULEZ https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/ Zip car does a flexible point to point option  I usually cycle from a local station when going to festivals, I can get everything on my bike and stunned how much stuff some people take.  I've stewarded at festivals in recent year. There are usually shuttles for those going on foot, many for example still get the train to Glastonbury.

      At least one used to post but stopped posting, I think because he was given a really hard time on here, quite unfairly in my view. He had only just become a councillor, and to his great credit was trying to engage with the community, or at least that vocal part of it which posts on here. James Barber also  used to post on here, but I think unfortunately he is no longer a councillor. He was a very good one.
