Just watched a BBC show on iplayer with the above name.

South Yorkshire is apparently the scooter capital of Europe!

Issues like safety aside, are they really the alter ego of the twin buggy?

Some people even race them....

I did overtake one (on my cycle) at Elephant and Castle roundabout once and held my breath to see if he made it round in one piece. Apparently no rules on them not using roads.
