If you go in World Cup its after the groups and Winner - there's a list of various special bets such as Top African, team etc etc you should find First Time winner. I've customied the World Cup inti my markets but I think if in doubt you just go 'Football' then 'World Cup' (rather than go in any of the pop ups for the 'World Cup Zone') then it's under there without going any further. Betfair is a bit of a bugger to navigate though so good luck!
