I remember the multicoloured one. Haven't seen it recently. I always preferred the standard Fry's cream though (although peppermint aint too bad).

Dairy Milk i just don't get, it's hands down the worse chocolate. Galaxy, Milka, almost anything else is nicer if you want something milky.

Since the Fry's brand has been owned by Cadbury's for years and probably all made in the same factory, I wonder if the standard Cadbury recipe is used as the coating for Fry's products now? Or if the original Fry's chocolate recipe is still used?

Covered in dark chocolate, so definitely not dairy milk.

Could be bourneville, which was the original cadbury's chocolate I think. Disagree about dairy milk, would choose that over Galaxy every time.

Mustard, the raisin and biscuit yorkee still exists. Purple wrapper.

Fry's Turkish Delight is definitely milk chocolate. Not had one recently, but I remember it as a fine chocolate bar indeed.

Yuck yuck yuck, hate those Turkish Delight bars, they're rotten. Basically TD and chocolate are a bad combo in my book.

Cadburys Old Jamaica is my ultimate retro bar. Available still under the Cadbury's Bournville brand, but not with the 70s orange wrapper with the old sailing ship on it. Rum 'n' raisin chocolate. My gran used to think it was exotic.

Thinking further, I think the Almond and also the Peanut one were much nicer, no longer made I believe.

I was put off Turkish Delight for years as I thought the bright pink chewy stuff in the bar was authentic. Frys moved production to Poland in 2010, which is why it might be different now?

Its REALLY hard to buy a small bar of Cadburys fruit and nut now. A large family bar is too dangerous- please report any sightings of smaller bars to me :)

After speaking with Mondelez/Cadbury customer care team, I can confirm the chocolate recipe used on all Fry's products remains the same it's always been, and is loyal to the original Fry's recipe (they do not use Bourneville or Dairy Milk as a coating).

That's what I thought, the likes of whispa, twirl or boost justice dairy milk. Could well be wrong though. Twirl does seem to have extra cocoa.

Higher cocoa content in the likes of Twirl, Flake, Crunchie than standard bar of Dairy Milk.
