Bear drills is a weekly fitness class that provides you with the opportunity to get stronger, burn fat and regain flexibility - all in one hour of fitness fun in Peckham Rye Park.

The class is based around the fundamentals of human movement, which allows it to have a major carry over into your day to day life. Each week you will use a variety of equipment and formats, which stops you from getting bored with the same old routine.
