Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that I am holding a four week introductory yoga course for total beginners from 2-23 September 2015, Wednesdays 8pm at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic. This course introduces you to the basic techniques that will hold you in good stead for your yoga practice.

Before then, I am holding a taster class on at 8pm on Wednesday 26 August so that you may try the class before committing to a four week block. The price for this one off class will be ?12.

Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic

Classes are small and intimate with plenty of scope for individual attention. Men and women welcome. The class is 90 minutes and includes a proper warm up at the beginning as well as a long relaxation at the end. Classes always include pranayama - yogic breathing techniques - an excellent way to de-stress and calm the mind.

Block of four - ?48

Drop in rate - ?13.50

Please let me know of any injuries or problems that I should be aware of before the class. It is very important to keep safe in your practice. Mats and blocks are provided though you are welcome to bring your own.

In the meantime, if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to phone me on 07595 459 895 or refer to my website www.vinyasa-slow.com.

Best wishes,

    • Ah sorry, it was comedy.
    • I have never used AI in my life. It's just notes from my forthcoming monograph on light industry in Dulwich and Camberwell 1879-1946 (dates chosen for obvious reasons).
    • Thank you, this really made me chuckle. It's like you met my brother as he would be the one taking more than his share. Plus the 'pikey' chutney is a winner. Unusual as in can't be identified??? Sadly I'm not the host otherwise I would definitely do that I regularly shop in the Cheese Block and am a fan. But as people have pointed out, there is no cheese shop that charges less based on bulk, so Aldi unusual cheeses may be what the familam receive! Yay, so I can get discounted mouse nibbled cheese still! Oooo, now I do love a Stinking Bishop. It actually offends my stepmum by it's stinkiness but luckily she is not one of the attendees at this particular gathering.  This is blooming genius. It's actually my partner who has the biggest issue with buying in plastic so I will have to hide the wrappers from him!
