It's quite simple, Kel and North. My original post suggested that Tony has been handed his arse on a plate so often that we have simply run out of plates.

There then followed various suggestions as to how to deal with this - involving buying more plates (arse-shaped or otherwise), or using paper plates, skewers or napkins.

These were all excellent suggestions, but Tony has in fact supplied a more elegant answer by handing himself his own arse on a plate on this very thread.

So, Ted, does that mean that some people actually read Tony's posts?

To me they're a bit like the high pitched noise MrJ's docking station makes when it's switched on, but doesn't have an i-pod on. I know it's there, I can kind of hear it, but I just filter it out and carry on with what I'm doing.

They sound great, RosieH.

But listen folks, I'm not here to diss Tony, his posting style, views, or whatever. He's as entitled to post as anyone else, for as long as he likes, as often as he likes. Indeed, I suspect I am not alone in having a sneaking regard for his sheer doggedness.

This thread was intended merely to remind the Forum to buy more plates.

    • Why not get a real poodle.  They can be clipped to look like a cockapoo if you like.  They don’t need to be in a show clip.  They don’t shed.    Both breeds would need regular grooming.  I have/had friends with very charming poodles both medium and standard so see if you can make the acquaintance of some.

    • They're both names that have stuck in my mind, Lukasz particularly.  These searches may well be helpful to you.   From a cursory look, I think Pawel's appearance in the 2015 'Rogue trader warning'  isn't to his detriment. https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/search/?q= Lukasz&quick=1 https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/search/?q=Pawel&quick=1
    • Hi - I posted a request for some help with a stuck door and possible leaky roof. I had responses from Lukasz at Look_as.com and Pawel at Sublime Builders. I don't see any/many reviews - has anyone used either person?  Could use a recommendation rather then just being contact by the tradespeople... Many Thanks
