I can fully recommend Denis. He fitted our wood burner after a friend, with very good intentions, did a botch job.

We got his number from the fireplace shop along Bellenden Road.

I can second Dennis, he came and fitted a chimney liner for an existing wood burner, prompt and neat.

Sorry, to highjack this thread but I'm also looking to install a wood burner (need chimney liner too) can anyone give a rough idea of cost?

Chimney liner to go through 2 floors plus loft area was about ?1000. Can't imagine installing the wood burner would be a lot more after cost of the burner and perhaps new hearth.
