I'm having a bit of a last minute panic about taking one of our car seats on a flight today. I was totally fine about checking it in until this morning and now I'm convinced it will get damaged! Does anyone have a car seat transport box or bag, or the box a seat came in that we can buy or borrow today? The seat is a large ERF seat (axkid minikid).

I can collect it before 1pm today, Sunday 9th August.

Thanks!

hi, most airlines will put it in a thick plastic bag for you.

if you are a memeber of amazon prime then you can get deliveries within an hour via their app, i recommend the sunshine kids carseat bag. id loan you ours but its on its last legs, we have used it a LOT.

If no luck getting one from the forum, I bought one of these in the discount/household shop on Lordship Lane (sorry can't remember what it is called). OK, its not particularly glamorous but it was a last minute purchase (for less than a fiver) and has lasted at least a half a dozen flights to date. Good luck!

A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
