Another Highly accurate piece. The Dulwich Estate has a lot to answer for with regards to pubs. I was under the impression 'the dog' was going to remain a good honest pub with a refurb and a sort of hotel add-on at the back. Seems I was fooled. The way I read things, the priority will be for a hotel and restaurant and some sort of bland bar add-on. Even the seating out the front is going to be sacrificed. Disappointed.

As for The Grove, well, as time ticks by and nothing changes I fear it's going to be another pub sacrifice to the property developers.

On that sad note, I'm having my first drink of the day. Cheers.
