Shop space/rail to rent

Hi all,

I'm a local vintage clothing and homewares dealer looking for a space to rent in a shop. Either in East Dulwich, Peckham Rye or Crystal Palace area. Somewhere with great footfall and complimentary stock. I have rails etc so its just the space I'm after. Please get in touch if you have anything suitable.

I noticed the picture framers(used to be Avocado) that is near ED station has now gone and there is a sign in the window saying it's for rent. It's in the parade of shops that has the Blackbird caf?, Shoemenders, dry cleaners etc..by the bus stop before the train station stop. hope that helps

Avocado are looking for a long term renter if anyone is interested, shop looks great!
