Seeking recommendation for carer agency

My husband and I are in our early 70s, and have no family living nearby. Recently, for the first time ever, we found ourselves ill at the same time, and things got a bit desperate re food shopping and preparation, and general errands and visiting the one of us who was in hospital for part of the time. We don't ever want to be in that situation again, so I am wondering if anyone could recommend a carer agency whom we could call on at times like this. We are normally fine, i hasten to add, so the sort of help I am thinking of would always be short-term, at short notice and not live-in. Many thanks in advance.
