DaisyP
Apparently, Croydon is also the 'new Shoreditch'. Now that is ridiculous! Louisa
Peckham has always been its own unique place. Whatever community has decided to make it their home, that pioneering community spirit, rooted in its rural history has always held firm and set it apart from other 'villages' in London. Whatever anyone thinks of its present guise or its evolving guise, I do hope this will always be true. It's not the new anything, it's itself. Louisa. NewWave
If Peckham was likened to anything it would definitely be more Shorditch than Brixton.Shorditch became 'cool' because of its popularity with artists and creatives and start-up buisinesses.Brixton has never had that art scene going on, more of a foodie bar scene.
