Hi, I have a problem with my bugaboo bee and I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in south london I can take it to be looked at (and hopefully fixed)? Thanks, Sophia

They have a 3 year warranty- you should contact bugaboo if its within that period.

They are actually very good and usually replace the broken/faulty bit rather than trying to fix it.

What is the problem? I've managed to get spares parts and fix a couple of things (including a dodgy handle-bar lock which was my achievement yesterday!).

When my bugaboo camaleon lock broke I took it to Tommys in Peckham, I bought it second hand and they fixed it fine, bugaboo also do spare parts on their website which works out better to be honest but really recommend tommys in Peckham xx

Thank you all. My Bee+ is also secondhand and I think more than 3 years old so that rules out the official route. It's making a strange (& annoying) noise I push it - the kind of noise you'd expect if you had a flat tire, almost like a paint roller sound - its coming from the back right wheel and when you lift the weight off that corner while still pushing it, the noise disappears. Not sure if that description makes any sense? Anyway, I'd be more than happy to replace a part myself but I don't know if its a problem with the wheel or the chassis, and I'd love to be able to get the problem diagnosed by someone with more expertise than myself before buying parts. Thanks for the Tommys recommendation, hopefully they can help.

Is it the inside on the wheel (ie the bit that contacts the axle)? Ours went on our chameleon. Made it quite hard to push - just bought new wheels online.

Another shout out for tommys - they fixed my broken handle a couple months back.if they can't fix it they'll definately be able to point you in the right direction, they're very knowledgeable.

sophiar I've got exactly the same problem with mine, it's a really annoying noise but I cannot for the life of me work out why it's making it! I will take mine to Tommy's for them to have a look at. Thanks edf!

I have had this problem a couple of times & found that the tyre had deteriorated & split a little & was squelching! I ordered a new wheel & replaced it myself, v straight forward x

I've always ordered spare parts from Petts Wood, does anyone order from anywhere else (preferably with free postage!)?

I just bought a bugaboo off a lady for ?180, seemed great until I put my daughter in it and it made this grinding sort of sound when I turned corners. basically, I have found a lady to repair it in Lee and .......it needed a new chassis unless I was happy to live with the sound, which I am not. so I've had to fork out another ?100 for the chassis and its in for repairs. was quoted ?92 to repair and service and ?35 per back wheel so buying the new chassis was much cheaper.
