How do you PM someone 634 times if your account has been deactivated?

(This information would be useful to me for future campaigns I have planned)

It was more of a "semi-deactivation" where their ability to post comments on the forum was removed however they could continue to have conversations with people via PM. Not any more though and a full deactivation has been put in place.

On the odd occassion I've accidentally sent the same message nearly 100 times when WAP has been trying and trying and trying to connect and send the data...
