A week to go so a rundown of the gist of it for any potential/actual newcomers and a reminder for the rest of us.


Predictions mean the scores not just the result. Points are scored for:


WP Win Point 1pt (not surprisingly) For getting the correct result


MP Margin Point 0.5pts For predicting the result within 5 points of the margin between the teams. In theory you could get this even if you predicted the wrong result.


BP Bonus Point 1pt For predicting the correct result and having the closest margin(as long as it's no more than 15 points). This 1pt may be divided if 2 or more have both


GSP Grand Slam Point 1pt For predicting 3 correct results in a Round.

At last! My Frenchies did what they were supposed to do! Hoping for another two great games on Saturday...


My beloved Fulhamton are on the Telly against the Portugal B team (based in the Black Country) at the same time as The Empire Coinage Melted Cup game...

@CaptainAlanMedic is there an end of tournament get together for bragging rights? (Admittedly I am just trying to stay in front of the bloke who couldn't master entering properly!).

      Ugly...maybe..does it bother me..NO! I think its somehow reassuring to see theres still phoneboxes around. East Dulwich may well be getrified but there may well be some elderly people who don't have mobiles and kids who may have lost theirs adults ditto etc etc. I'd rather keep it than lose it...just because i don't use it does'nt mean its not needed.  there are many eyesores in the modern world not all of them as potentially useful.

      I strongly recommend Balayage salon in Lordship lane as everytime I visit,they make me feel very spicial with thier profisionalism and care.   I have been going there for the last 10 years maybe more, and will never exchange them for any other. They are profisional, welcoming and they also always have an offer. I feel like a new woman every time. X
