DulwichFox
Brioche is a Pastry of French origin with a high Egg and Butter content often sweetened with sugar.. Not nice for Burgers IMHO. A good Sourdough roll is much nicer.. DulwichFox Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/75312-dear-ed-pubs/#findComment-902728 Share on other sites

peckham_ryu
Are places going for brioche because it doesn't go rock hard so quickly? There's nothing worse than a hard, chewy roll that makes your gums bleed and your dentures detach. But this brioche trend is way too sickly. I've resorted to going naked in GBK. (That's not a public order offence - just a bunless burger.)
