Has anyone got this "Bath Dam". It looks like a good idea in theory but I have bought so many recommended things that I have not used that I was hoping for a bit of advice before buying this...

It can be seen on www.babybathshop.co.uk

Apparently my bubs are quite long (4+ months and over 65cm ::o), they no long fit into the (wash) tub that I use to bathe them in. I would rather just pop them in the bath but I do not want to top up the bath everyday, it seems such a waste of water.

Any solutions?

Hi MelanieRose - I haven't got one of these, but when I saw it in a catalogue I laughed my head off.

It's probably useful for about two weeks, by which time your babies will be even longer and will bump their heads on it then before you know it they'll be climbing over it too.

And that'll be another ?30 spent on a large plastic thing which will hang around your bathroom in an annoying manner.

Don't buy it!

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
