It is difficult without any context. 'dbo' sometimes means 'data base owner' or 'data base + (another word beginning with 'o' - like operator, etc.)'

'LW' could be someone's initials and '51' their year of birth.

Best guess: a database access password?

Bloody 'ell Magi, It's not that difficult!!

The sequence you've described, 'LW51dbo', is universally recognisable to those in the intelligence communities.

Go into any penny arcade, theatre box office etc, and ask for 'LW51dbo' and you'll be provided with the following;

"Good morning Magi. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to seek out the bonehead that provided you with such a baffling code and give them a piece of your mind! Should you or any member of your iron force be captured or killed, the secretary of state will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This tape will self destruct in 5 seconds. Good luck Magi."

It could also be identifying a vehicle registration plate.

    • I was amazed to see a young nuthatch crawling headfirst down a the trunk of a tree in my garden to bully the great tits and blue tits off the bird feeders yesterday.  Didn't expect to see one this far from the woods.

Anyone can claim to be a nutricionist or chiropracter etc
    • It didn't occur to me to ask. No idea if dieticians are employed within the NHS. It is just one line of enquiry among others. The GP mentioned it, not me.
    • I thought the most they sell in terms of hot food at londis is like pastries and sausage rolls and for hot drinks its like costa coffee but its always a convenience store. Doesn’t look too bad in my opinion considering that shop has been closed down ever since i moved here
