DADS....we are being crap. Can we not get this sorted? Is there a will? I'm still keen for a meet once a monthish maybe on a Thursday night? However as our due date is imminent I will be a bit flaky before christmas but will try and make it if others are still up for this.

As there's a few Headwetting sessions owed and due anytime soon (due MP, IE owed Mick M and me...and probably some others) how about doing a combined headwetting towards the end of Jan say...typing this with one hand with windy 2 week old on other arm so forgive typos etc!
yep 7th january it is then it's a thursday! Lets do the CPT again as it seems local to most of us!! 8pm kick off, well done for passing your test MP, but maybe best to leave the jam jar at home , I got quite pissed last time and since we are both due it might be a good opportunity to get pissed again,we can wet the babies heads next month!!

    • I've had something similar happen. I noticed it at the checkout because I was only buying one item which I couldn't get elsewhere. It was on special offer and the price difference was significant. I was asked to go right to the other, far,  side of the shop to take a photo of the shelf price. It was just before Christmas (not this year), the shop was jam-packed, and I am ancient and decrepit. Long saga, but I complained and said surely the correct prices should be on whatever resource (?) is used at the till when products are scanned in. I'd have to look back to see the exact outcome, but if memory serves Sainsbury's just gave some bland reply and said complaints weren't passed on to the store 😮

    • I know it's irrational, but they are everywhere. No offence, but in many cases it seems a lazy (OK, sensible!)  choice because they are evergreen, change with the seasons and are relatively low maintenance. However it's become a running joke with my partner and daughter. At least Photinias don't drop their leaves, though!
    • Thank you thank you to whoever wrapped my scarf around the fence at Maudsley hospital. Sooo glad to have found it.😃
