Google their website for full details but off the top of my head they're 9.30am on a Tues and Thursday morning and meet just inside the Gallery entrance of Dulwich Park. Think there's also a couple of Sat morning classes too.

Thanks for the info by the way. Am going to give it a whirl.

My experience of them extends as far as walking past on a Saturday morning as they were setting up and thinking "phwoar" ;-)

It does look brilliant, something I'd consider if I wasn't stuck looking after one of my kids on a Saturday morning while the other is at football with his Dad. There looks to be a real range of age/size/fitness from what I've seen of the people waiting to work out, seems to cater for everyone.

Have fun!

I see them on a Sunday morning while I'm tucking into a fry up at the cafe at Peckham Rye. It looks like a good workout - lots of squats, lunges, crunches etc. There's always loads of people there too. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd try them myself.

    • Suppose it depends on how many Christmas cards from family and friends you’re waiting to receive. It’s been the Christmas period so surely give the post delivery service some leeway. Like Sue I’ve not posted off so many this year but some I still write letters to  e.g my late mum’s cousins and other family  but hey ho that’s something I do and enjoy.  I used to hand deliver Christmas cards to a lot of neighbours on my street but gave up this year as realised that most of them I don’t see or speak to and can only count on a few to call a true friend or neighbour.
    • Rose who used to run Grace and Favour has a wonderful shop called Butlers Emporium on george Street in Hastings You'll find it on instagram as butlersemporium3
    • And from what I remember, she eventually cut the tea shop for a similar  reason to chandelier.  Chariot style buggies
    • Oh yes, it could have been about there, I can't remember exactly. At one point there seemed to be a load of pizza places opening on NCR. I vaguely remember the one we used to use was put out of business by another one which opened. Wasn't Grace and Favour's food offering more of a tea shop at the back of the actual shop? If memory serves the owner, whose name escapes me now, was one of the earliest people I know to move to Hastings. Which must now be crammed with South East Londoners 🤣
