mothercourage
Google their website for full details but off the top of my head they're 9.30am on a Tues and Thursday morning and meet just inside the Gallery entrance of Dulwich Park. Think there's also a couple of Sat morning classes too. Thanks for the info by the way. Am going to give it a whirl. Pickle
My experience of them extends as far as walking past on a Saturday morning as they were setting up and thinking "phwoar" ;-)It does look brilliant, something I'd consider if I wasn't stuck looking after one of my kids on a Saturday morning while the other is at football with his Dad. There looks to be a real range of age/size/fitness from what I've seen of the people waiting to work out, seems to cater for everyone.Have fun! Bishberro
I see them on a Sunday morning while I'm tucking into a fry up at the cafe at Peckham Rye. It looks like a good workout - lots of squats, lunges, crunches etc. There's always loads of people there too. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd try them myself.
