To my surprise I had to take 2 weeks out of my annual holiday as my company don't pay for time off for having children or take the government statory pay of ?125 a week been a home owner I could not take this


has this happened to anybody else out there and is this a common thing

my husband got 2 weeks full pay, plus another two weeks full pay to be taken any time before the child turns 5. An employer who only offers 3 days isn't decent and the fact that men are just accepting this isn't great either. What does your employer think about shared parental leave?
