Dog mess bins overflowing on Oglander Road - who should empty them?

Anyone know who should be emptying these and when?

Noticed they've beeb overflowing for a while now. Glad I don't live near them but it's unpleasant to walk past when I am walking down there.

Passed it yesterday and it's still an awful mess despite reporting it nearly 2 weeks ago

They've been like that for at least a month.

I reported it today. The woman on the phone had no idea how often they were supposed to be emptied.

It is ok to put your tied up bags in the normal waste bins, which is what I do now.
