We do work closely with the Dulwich team as they are iur sister team working the same shift pattern as us but they as you so rightly point out boarder our ward and us theirs so often cross over and help each other out

On average each ward has 3 or 4 teams each working a 3 week rotating shift pattern, so depending on the team and the week the shifts differ. A late is 2 - 11 day 10 - 7 and early 7 - 4 and that looks like this

off off late late day off off

late late day early day off off

off early day early late late late

Confusing but the first shift of each week is a monday and we work 1 weekend in 3

Hope that makes sense

Hi SNT

Something i have to bring to your attention is a white male seen hanging around both ED Park and Sydenham and Dulwich Woods. He has been spotted by myself whilst walking the dog and also my dog walker. He has a scruffy appearance, his clothes are slashed and worn and he wears sandals with sainsburys bags on his feet, He isnt old, id say 30-35 and short blondey/ginger hair, almost shaved. He has been known to act innapropriately in the woods, simulating having sex with a tree and on Sunday he was sat on the bench at the entrance of ED park looking extremely nervous and interested in the children playing. I feel i should bring this to your attention asap.

    • Local councils in England have significant powers to take action against unfit housing [and my own words rather than AI - have a duty to take action], primarily under the Housing Act 2004 and the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018. These powers are used by environmental health or private sector housing teams and typically follow an assessment using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Here's more details from central government: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-fitness-for-human-habitation-act-2018/guide-for-local-authorities-homes-fitness-for-human-habitation-act-2018 If Southwark are not responding, next port of call is your local councilor - having been at MP's surgeries a few times much of their constituency time will be taken up with issues like yours. The oven thing is just bizarre - reminds me of what landlords would do when I was a student.   Shelter also provide guidance.  You should serve notice on your landlord, but I'd go to Southwark at the same time https://www.southwark.gov.uk/housing/private-tenants-and-landlords/private-tenants/your-rights-and-responsibilities/unsafe-and Others may be able to advise on whether your house has to be licensed.  If you change the title to "advice on unfit rented property" you may get more offering advice. Finally contact the Waterloo legal advice centre for free advice: https://www.lawworks.org.uk/legal-advice/individuals/waterloo-legal-advice-service Lawyers give up their time (pro bono) to help those in particular need. Good luck and keep this thread updated.

    • There is an approved planning application (24/AP/0643) to reconfigure the site, keeping it as a builders merchants. I had thought that the one at the top of Railway Rise was going to move here once the dust has settled over that site being redeveloped. 24_AP_0643-PROPOSED_SITE_DEVELOPMENT-3956284.pdf
