Bear Drills was created as an alternative to your normal exercise class. Bear Drills is focused on making you stronger and fitter and giving you a class where you will really feel the benefit in your daily life. Bear Drills is perfect for people wanting to loose fat, get stronger and feel great. Each week is different so you wont get bored of the same old routine. Bear Drills is a fun way to get fit with like minded people.

Bear Drills has now hibernated for the winter, the class is every Thursday at 7:15 ? 8:15pm in Dulwich Constitutional Hall. If you want to see what Bear Drills involves check out our Facebook page for some action shots.

Sessions cost ?7 or you can take advantage of the block-booking offer and get 5 sessions for ?30!

  22/9 MISSING CAT: her name is CJ, she’s got a very distinctive round face. She lives on Jerningham road. We usually let her out with a collar that has a tracker but unfortunately last night she went out without it on 😭 and now she hasn’t come home. She’s usually very scared of sudden noises and cars so she’s not one to roam on main streets but more across gardens. She also got stuck on a tree once and was too scared to jump down. If you see a ginger cat in your garden or tree, or anywhere near SE14 5NH then please dm me. Thank you so much Edit: she is chipped and neutered please call 07467 901 578 or bring her to the vets to get scanned

  Colin painted a bathroom ceiling for me at very short notice, fitting it in over the weekend to meet my sudden deadline. His quote and final price were fair and reasonable and he tidied up throughly; I didn't spot any paint drops on the bathroom furniture or floor. Thank you Colin!
