Fancy brunch location with kids??? Ideas please!

Hi

Trying to think of a high-end (but not stuffy) venue for a 40th birthday saturday brunch, with a 5 year old and almost 2 year old.

Haha!

The Lido is ace but we go too much so not special enough on this occasion.

I am thinking Duck and Waffle?? Anyone done it with kids? Do they even have high chairs?!

Any other suggestions welcome please :-)

The wolseley is supposed to be great for that and I have friends who have taken toddlers / small children there and been made to feel very welcome.

Duck and waffle is amazing! Didn't take the kids myself, but saw a table with kids and they had a highchair.

Also, not as fancy but the food is really good and there is space for the kids to entertain themselves outside is Lantana in Shoreditch.

Also not fancy but went for a birthday meal and the staff was very accommodating and food was delicious (Andina in Shoreditch)

Also not super fancy but nice place and kids eat free on weekends plus playroom (Tom's Kitchen in Canary Wharf). Can even try ice skating too!

Second the Wolseley and, from the same stable I think, the Delaunay on Aldwych is also great plus you can combine it with a trip along the Southbank / skating at Somerset house etc

Duck and Waffle is great - we went there with our kids earlier this year - then six and two. They really enjoyed it, it's smart, certainly but not at all stuffy. The views are amazing, and it's not even that expensive!

Roast in Borough Market is great - very kid friendly, delicious breakfasts served until late on a weekend, and great views over the market. And cocktails if you want them!
