Thursday's 19:00-20:30, ?8 per class (discounts available for upfront term payment). All ability levels welcome.

We practice WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) style Taekwondo, the same as the Olympics.

Our classes consist of 3 main elements of Taekwondo; Martial art, Sport & self defence.

Students learn all three elements & have the opportunity to grade (take exams) and compete.
